Today is Wisconsin’s Fishing Opener and the boat landings are loaded with empty trucks and boat trailers! We noticed a change in road traffic yesterday afternoon as many excited anglers headed Up North to enjoy their favorite past time.
The water levels on our lakes is incredibly high right now. Most lake home owners know to be careful creating a wake as they near shore with their boat. But if you have family and friends joining you for some fun on the lake, be sure to let them know about the risk of shoreline erosion in this time of “high water”.
