Every week, when we gather for our property tour, there is a great anticipation among the group about what lies ahead. We love to see new properties! Yes, it’s everything everyone thinks – fun! However, it’s a very small part of what comprises our actual day to day work, so when we get to see or show property, it’s a treat.
This week’s property tour was no different. We saw the whole mix starting with a cute cabin on Devils Lake and ending at a classic cedar chalet in a private setting on Spencer Lake. What came in between was the big surprise! We pulled into a nice property near Webster that looked very nice and well cared for and were greeted by a llama named Little Joe who was wearing a blue coat. What a kick! He was very friendly and ran over to the group to collect some love. We of course obliged and then tore ourselves away to focus on the real estate. We haven’t decided if this animal encounter tops the one we had with a monkey a few years ago, but it sure was a bright spot. You just never know what you’re going to find Up North!
