Every Tuesday morning, the CENTURY 21 team goes on a Property Tour to view our new listings for the week. The listing agent presents their new listing to the rest of the agents and they can see the property first hand, while giving feedback to the listing agent. It’s a great way for our team to become familiar with every one of our listings. It helps us match buyers with properties better! What makes our firm unique, is that we are the only real estate firm in the area that does a Property Tour.
As CENTURY 21’s Marketing Assistant, I’ve had the opportunity to go on Property Tour with the team to view several of our new listings. I’ve had the chance to see how the team interacts and works together to better understand our listings. Our agents go on tour to be able to give their customers an enjoyable experience, whether that is searching for a weekend get-away, a permanent home or hunting land, while having personally seen all of our listings.
